摘要
目的探讨参芪利水汤联合穴位按摩在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的110例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用参芪利水汤联合穴位按摩干预。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、症状困扰与上肢功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.36%高于对照组的85.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肢体沉重评分(0.62±0.19)分、肢体麻木评分(0.65±0.21)分、肢体疼痛评分(0.70±0.18)分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状困扰指数(51.84±8.06)分、上肢功能评分(15.35±2.12)分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用参芪利水汤联合穴位按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿效果确切,能减轻肢体症状,改善症状困扰及上肢功能。
Objective To investigate the application effect of shenqili lishui decoction combined with acupoint massage in patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 110 breast cancer patients with postoperative upper limb lymphedema admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received shenqi lishui decoction combined with acupoint massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,symptom disturbance and upper limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 85.45%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower limb heaviness score(0.62±0.19)points,limb numbness score(0.65±0.21)points,and limb pain score(0.70±0.18)points compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom distress index(51.84±8.06)points and upper limb function score(15.35±2.12)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Lishui Decoction combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,which can reduce limb symptoms,improve symptoms and upper limb function.
