摘要
目的探讨盆底肌训练联合电刺激生物反馈疗法在治疗轻度子宫脱垂患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年11月我院收治的60例轻度子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用盆底肌训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、盆底功能、盆底肌力及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组盆底功能障碍问卷-20评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组最大阴道内压高于对照组,盆底肌持续收缩时间长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定问卷中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌训练联合电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗轻度子宫脱垂的效果确切,有利于患者的盆底功能恢复,增强其盆底肌力,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy in the treatment of mild uterine prolapse.Methods Sixty patients with mild uterine prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training,and the observation group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor function,pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-Short Form 20 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the maximum vaginal pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the continuous contraction time of pelvic floor muscle was longer than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological function,trunk function,social function and material life status of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy is effective in the treatment of mild uterine prolapse,which is conducive to the recovery of pelvic floor function,strengthening of pelvic floor muscle strength and improving quality of life.
