摘要
为了解决青磁窑煤矿8806工作面巷道围岩变形量大的问题,采用FLAC^(3D)软件模拟了工作面超前支承压力的分布情况,当工作面推进165~170 m,且距巷道5~15 m时,巷道受超前支承压力影响大,围岩较为破碎。因此,根据工作面超前支承压力的规律,提出了在巷道左帮、顶板、右帮分别布置5、7、5根锚杆,顶板布置2根锚索,并进行注浆加固。现场实践表明,优化后的支护方案能够保证工作面的安全回采。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock in the 8806 working face of Qingciyao Coal Mine,FLAC^(3D) software was used to simulate the distribution of advanced support pressure in the working face.When the working face advanced 165-170 m and was 5-15 m away from the roadway,the roadway was greatly affected by the advanced support pressure,and the surrounding rock was relatively broken.Therefore,based on the law of advanced support pressure in the working face,it was proposed to arrange 5,7,and 5 anchor rods on the left,top,and right sides of the roadway,respectively,and to arrange 2 anchor cables on the top,and to reinforce them with grouting.On site practice showed that the optimized support scheme can ensure safe mining of the working face.
