摘要
为提高煤矿井下辅助运输效率,以更好地适应现代化矿井建设需要,结合山西一煤矿现场条件提出构建无轨胶轮车辅助运输系统。对无轨胶轮车结构进行分析,依据矿井情况提出无轨胶轮车辅助运输实施方案并分析现场应用效果。结果表明,采用无轨胶轮车辅助运输系统后,矿井整个辅助运输环节效率、安全性均得以显著提升,为井下机电设备、材料及人员运输等创造良好条件。
In order to improve the efficiency of underground auxiliary transportation in coal mine and better meet the needs of modern mine construction,a trackless rubber wheel truck auxiliary transportation system was proposed based on the site conditions of a coal mine in Shanxi Province.Based on the analysis of the structure of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle,the implementation plan of the auxiliary transportation of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle was proposed and the field application effect was analyzed.The results showe that the efficiency and safety of the whole auxiliary transportation link of the mine can be significantly improved after adopting the trackless rubber wheel auxiliary transportation system,creating good conditions for the transportation of electromechanical equipment,materials and personnel.
