摘要
开发新形态教材是高等职业教育三教改革的重要任务。当前新形态教材存在思政元素缺乏、内容呈现形式单一、结构与本科体系雷同、与职业技能结合不足的问题,在“双高”建设背景下,以铁道供电技术专业群为例,提出了思政引领、校企合作开发教材,采取模块化结构编写,立体化呈现内容的教材开发理念。通过做好建设规划、建立教材开发多级培育激励机制,发掘思政元素、融入思政教育,组建双师团队、共同开发专业资源,开发1+X项目、提高学生的技能水平等措施,在教材建设、混合式教学、资源立体化建设、课程思政实践、职教出海、1+X证书试点等方面均取得了一定的成效。
The development of innovative teaching materials is a critical component in the ongoing reform of higher vocational education.This study addresses current challenges in new teaching materials,including insufficient ideological and political content,monotonous presentation,structures mirroring undergraduate systems,and inadequate integration of vocational skills.Taking the railway power supply technology major cluster as an example,this research proposes a concept for developing teaching materials in the context of China's Plan for the Construction of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialties with Chinese Characteristics.This concept is guided by ideological and political education,involves school-enterprise cooperation in development,adopts a modular structure for writing,and presents content in a three-dimensional manner.The study implements several measures,including developing comprehensive construction plans,establishing multi-tiered incentive mechanisms for textbook development,identifying and integrating ideological and political elements,forming dual-qualified teacher teams for resource development,implementing 1+X projects to enhance students' practical skills.These efforts have yielded positive results in various aspects,including:teaching material development,blended teaching,three-dimensional resource construction,practice of ideological and political education in curricula,vocational education internationalization,piloting of 1+X certificate programs.
