摘要
我国能源动力类专业学位研究生教育面临着教学内容与实际需求脱节、教学方法单一、评价体系不完善等问题。中国矿业大学能源动力专业在开展研究生案例教学过程中,通过对现有案例教学模式的深入分析,结合能源动力专业的学科特点和社会需求,构建了包含教学资源、教学过程、教学效果等3个一级指标,教学材料等9个二级指标和39个三级指标的三级案例评价指标体系,并根据德尔菲法和变异系数法确定各指标的权重。实践结果表明,该评价指标体系能够有效地指导和优化案例教学的实施,提高学生的学习效果和能力素质。
The post-graduate education of energy and power major is faced with some problems,such as disconnection between teaching content and actual demand,single teaching method and im-perfect evaluation system,etc.Taking the case teaching of postgraduate students in the energy and power major in China University of Mining and Technology as a case study,this paper explores the construction of teaching evaluation index system and carries out empirical research.Based on the in-depth analysis of the existing case teaching mode,this study combined with the discipline character-istics and social needs of energy and power major to construct a three-level case evaluation index system,which included three first-level indicators such as teaching resources,teaching process and teaching effect,nine second-level indicators such as teaching materials and 39 third-level indica-tors.The weights of each index were determined according to Delphi method and coefficient of vari-ation method.The practical results show that the evaluation index system can effectively guide and optimize the implementation of case teaching mode and improve the learning effect and ability of stu-dents.
