摘要
目的:系统检索急性主动脉夹层病人围术期血压管理的最佳证据,为临床管理急性主动脉夹层病人血压提供循证依据。方法:根据循证资源“6S”模型,系统检索国内外数据库及相关官网中关于急性主动脉夹层病人血压管理的相关文献并进行证据提取。检索时限为建库至2024年3月1日。结果:纳入16篇文献,其中临床决策6篇、指南3篇、专家共识4篇、证据总结2篇、类试验研究1篇。结论:本研究总结了急性主动脉夹层病人围术期血压管理的最佳证据,医务人员可结合临床工作实际情况制订针对性血压管理方案,改善病人血压情况。
Objective:To systematically retrieve the best evidence for perioperative blood pressure management in patients with acute aortic dissection,so as to provide evidence for clinical management of blood pressure in patients with acute aortic dissection.Methods:According to the“6S”model of evidence-based resources,relevant literatures on blood pressure management of patients with acute aortic dissection were systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases and related official websites.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 1,2024.Results:A total of 16 articles were included,including 6 clinical decisions,3 guidelines,4 expert consensus,2 evidence summaries and 1 quasi-experimental study.Conclusions:This study summarizes the best evidence of perioperative blood pressure management in patients with acute aortic dissection.Medical staff can make targeted blood pressure management programs according to the actual situation of clinical work to improve the blood pressure of patients.
