摘要
本文针对典型组合体连接孔加工中,加工效率低、加工成本高和加工精度差等问题,通过钻头改良、钻头限位工装的设计及制孔工艺优化,提高了制孔精度和加工效率。该改进显著地减少了连接孔加工过程中的进刀次数,避免了加工过程的人工测量,提高了加工效率;避免了孔深度的测量误差,提高了加工质量,降低了工作成本,已成功应用到某双层分瓣式组合体的连接孔加工中。
This article focuses on the problems of low machining efficiency,high machining cost,and poor machining accuracy in the machining of typical combination’s connection holes.By improving the drill bit,designing the bit limiting fixture,and optimizing the drilling process,the drilling accuracy and machining efficiency have been improved.This improvement significantly reduces the number of feed times during the machining process of connecting holes,avoids manual measurement during the machining process,and improves machining efficiency;Avoiding measurement errors in hole depth,improving machining quality,and reducing work costs,it has been successfully applied to the machining of connecting holes in a double-layer segmented combination.
