对围绕“互联网+”背景下的医院档案管理展开讨论,阐述了医院档案管理的特点、存在的问题以及应对的管理方法。在“互联网+”时代,医院档案管理面临迅速变化的环境和新的挑战,但也蕴藏着巨大的机遇和潜力。通过加强档案数字化、专业人才培养、档案管理体制机制的健全以及信息化软硬件实力的提升,医院能够适应信息化时代的档案管理需求,实现档案管理的现代化和信息化,提升工作效率和质量。
This paper discusses the hospital archives management under the background of"Internet+",expounds the characteristics,existing problems and management methods of hospital archives management.In the"Internet+"era,hospital archives management is facing a rapidly changing environment and new challenges,but also confronting great opportunities and potential.By strengthening archives digitization,training professional personnel,perfecting archives management system and mechanism,and improving the strength of information software and hardware,hospitals can adapt to the needs of archives management in the information age,realize the modernization and informatization of archives management,and improve work efficiency and quality.
