摘要
试验旨在探究野生和人工栽培罗布麻叶在不同生长时期营养和药用成分的差异以及变化规律。采用灰色关联分析综合评价野生和人工栽培罗布麻叶的药用和饲用价值。结果显示,在生长期,人工栽培罗布红麻的粗灰分含量最低为1.08%,粗蛋白和金丝桃苷含量最高,分别为19.57%和2.14 mg/g;人工栽培罗布白麻的可消化干物质最高为72.44%,异槲皮苷和紫云英苷含量最高,分别为2.32 mg/g和0.23 mg/g,酸性洗涤纤维含量最低为21.12%;野生罗布白麻的绿原酸和芦丁含量最大分别为7.19 mg/g和3.73 mg/g。在初花期,野生罗布白麻的粗脂肪含量最低,为3.05%,紫云英苷含量最高,为0.23 mg/g;人工栽培罗布白麻的可消化干物质和相对饲喂价值最低,分别为69.25%和217.82。在结荚期,野生罗布白麻的白麻苷含量最高,为6.16 mg/g;人工栽培罗布白麻的粗脂肪含量、干物质采食量和相对饲喂价值最高,分别为4.21%、5.15%和276.31,中性洗涤纤维含量最低,为23.31%。研究表明,生长期的人工栽培罗布红麻营养和药用价值均较好,可作为中草药饲料,具有良好的开发利用潜力。
This study aims to investigate the differences between the nutritional and medicinal components of wild and artificially cultivated Apocynum venetum leaves in different growth periods,as well as the changing law.Grey correlation analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the medicinal and feeding value of wild and artificially cultivated Apocynum venetum leaves.The results indicated that during the growth period,the cultivated Apocynum venetum chinensis had the lowest crude ash content at 1.08%,and the highest crude protein and acacetin content,reaching 19.57%and 2.14 mg/g,respectively.The cultivated Poacynum hendersonii bracteata had the highest digestible dry matter at 72.44%,with the highest contents of isoquercitrin and astragalin,at 2.32 mg/g and 0.23 mg/g,respectively,and the lowest acid detergent fiber content at 21.12%.For the wild Poacynum hendersonii bracteata,the content of chlorogenic acid and rutin was the highest,with 7.19 mg/g and 3.73 mg/g,respectively.In the early flowering stage,the wild Poacynum hendersonii bracteata had the lowest crude fat content at 3.05%,and the highest astragalin content at 0.23 mg/g.The cultivated Poacynum hendersonii bracteata had the lowest digestible dry matter and relative feeding value,at 69.25%and 217.82,respectively.During the pod-setting period,the wild Poacynum hendersonii bracteata had the highest content of apigenin-7-glucoside,at 6.16 mg/g.The cultivated Poacynum hendersonii bracteata had the highest crude fat content,dry matter intake,and relative feeding value,at 4.21%,5.15%,and 276.31,respectively,and the lowest neutral detergent fiber content at 23.31%.The study indicates that in the growing period of artificial cultivation of Apocynum venetum chinensis has excellent nutritional and medicinal value,can be used as herbal feed,has good potential for development and utilisation.
