摘要
如何提高校企合作共建实践基地的运行成效是当下高校深化产教融合迫切需要解决的现实问题。文章以东三省10所本科院校43个校企共建实践基地为研究对象,利用调查和实证分析方法研究了校企共建实践基地的运行机制与实践策略。研究发现,校企共建实践基地在运行过程中存在企业参与度低、缺乏有效监管、运行后期投入不足及成果产出不高等主要问题;同时,文章探明了校企共建实践基地在运行过程中的目标任务、组织架构、权责与制度及考核评价四大要素的互作机制。由此提出了校企合作共建实践基地在运行实践中的策略,即应加强校企合作共管、有效监管以及后期投入,并提高校企共建实践基地运行过程中的成果产出。
How to improve the operational effectiveness of the school enterprise cooperation and joint construction practice base is an urgent practical problem that needs to be solved in deepening the integration of industry and education in current universities.The article takes 43 school enterprise joint construction practice bases from 10 undergraduate colleges in the three eastern provinces as the research object,and uses survey and empirical analysis methods to study the operation mechanism and practical strategies of school enterprise joint construction practice bases.Research has found that there are major problems in the operation of school enterprise joint construction practice bases,such as low enterprise participation,lack of effective supervision,insufficient investment in the later stages of operation,and low output of results.At the same time,the interaction mechanism between the four elements of the target tasks,organizational structure,rights and responsibilities,system,and assessment evaluation of the school enterprise joint construction practice base in the operation process was explored.Therefore,the strategy for the operation and practice of school enterprise cooperation and joint construction practice bases is proposed,which includes strengthening the joint management,effective supervision,and later investment of school enterprise cooperation,and improving the output of results in the operation of school enterprise cooperation and joint construction practice bases.
