井下支架集群管控移动端系统设计与应用

摘要 针对固定工位监控井下支架群存在业务场景适应性不足及操作不直观的问题,提出了井下支架集群管控移动端系统设计方案。以控制器电液控系统和综采工作面集控系统为数据交互对象,以无线通信方式为基础搭建移动端系统与电液控系统及集控系统进行数据交互的桥梁,具备对综采工作面液压支架无线集群监测、远控、视频监控和参数批量管理的功能。煤矿用户可在工作面环网内任意位置集群管理支架群。实际应用效果表明,与传统监控方式相比,该系统丰富了用户远程监控井下液压支架的应用场景,提高了远控操作的便携性。 In view of the problems of insufficient adaptability to business scenarios and unintuitive operation of the underground support group for fixed-station monitoring,a design scheme for the mobile end system of underground support cluster management and control was proposed.With the controller electro-hydraulic control system and the fully mechanized mining face centralized control system as the data interaction objects,the bridge between the mobile terminal system and the electro-hydraulic control system and the centralized control system was built on the basis of wireless communication,which has functions of wireless cluster monitoring,remote control,video monitoring and parameter batch management of the hydraulic support of the fully mechanized mining face.The coal mine users can manage the support group in clusters at any location in the working face ring network.The practical application effect shows that compared with the traditional monitoring method,the application scenarios of the user remote monitoring of the underground hydraulic support are enriched and the portability of the remote control operation is improved.
