随着全球食品安全标准的日益严格,确保农产品无害化成为了监管机构和公众的共同关注点。本研究深入探讨了食品中农药残留的快速检测技术,包括色谱技术、光谱技术以及生物传感器技术,并通过实验验证了这些技术的实用性和有效性,旨在为快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用提供实证支持。
As global food safety standards become increasingly stringent,ensuring the harmlessness of agricultural products has become a common concern for regulatory bodies and the public alike.This study delves into rapid detection technologies for pesticide residues in food,including chromatographic techniques,spectroscopic techniques,and biosensor technologies.Through experimental validation,the practicality and effectiveness of these technologies are demonstrated,aiming to provide empirical support for the application of rapid detection technologies in food safety regulation.
