小兴凯湖浮游动物丰度及其水环境影响因子

Abundance of Zooplankton and Its Environmental Influencing Factors in the Xiaoxingkai Lake

摘要 2022年5月至11月,对小兴凯湖浮游动物及水环境因子进行监测,探讨浮游动物丰度与水环境因子之间的关系,并运用综合营养状态指数法评价水质状况。结果表明,小兴凯湖浮游动物丰度的季节差异较为明显,不同季节浮游动物丰度从大到小依次为春季、夏季、秋季、冬季;受人类活动影响较大的管委会区域水体营养状态指数最高,而受人类活动影响较小的湖心区域水体营养状态指数最低;不同季节综合营养状态指数从大到小依次为秋季、夏季、春季、冬季;小兴凯湖水体综合营养状态指数为49.96,整体处于中营养状态;Pearson相关分析和冗余分析表明,春、夏两季影响浮游动物丰度的主要环境因子是总磷质量浓度、透明度、温度、总氮质量浓度和浊度,秋季影响浮游动物丰度的主要环境因子是氯化物质量浓度、pH、叶绿素a质量浓度、透明度和浊度,冬季影响浮游动物丰度的主要环境因子是叶绿素a质量浓度;不同种类浮游动物丰度与环境因子的相关性差异显著。 From May to November 2022,a comprehensive monitoring of zooplankton and water environmental factors in the Xiaoxingkai Lake was conducted to investigate the relationship between zooplankton abundance and water environmental factors.Additionally,the trophic state of the water was assessed using the comprehensive trophic level index method.The results indicated significant seasonal variations in zooplankton abundance,with the highest abundance observed in spring,followed by summer,autumn,and winter.The trophic level index was highest in the area significantly influenced by human activities(Management Committee area),whereas the lake center,with minimal human impact,exhibited the lowest trophic level index.Seasonal variations in the comprehensive trophic level index were observed,ranked from highest to lowest as autumn,summer,spring,and winter.The overall trophic level index for the Xiaoxingkai Lake was 49.96,categorizing the lake as mesotrophic.Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis revealed that the primary environmental factors influencing zooplankton abundance in spring and summer were total phosphorus concentration,water transparency,temperature,total nitrogen concentration,and turbidity.In autumn,the key factors were chloride concentration,pH,chlorophyll-a concentration,water transparency,and turbidity,while in winter,chlorophyll-a concentration was the dominant factor.There were significant differences in the correlations between the abundance of different types of zooplankton and environmental factors.
