摘要
随着5G和混合现实技术(Mixed Reality,MR)的发展,MR被广泛应用于医疗和医疗教学等相关领域。为了探索MR教学对口腔正畸临床中微支抗钉植入术相关内容教学效果的影响。本研究按照随机原则,将124名安徽省口腔医院正畸科学生分为实验组(MR教学组)和对照组(传统教学组)。实验组通过接受正畸微支抗钉植入术MR教学,体验模拟真实诊疗过程中的手术操作;对照组采用传统临床见习的手术带教方式。研究结果显示,理论成绩方面,实验组学生的微支抗钉植入术与对照组没有显著差异;实践技能方面,实验组学生明显优于对照组。教学问卷调查结果显示,学生对MR教学系统的欢迎程度和使用满意度分别为98.39%(62人)和95.16%(62人)。MR实验教学平台与传统临床见习的带教方式相比,MR技术能够显著提升学生对微支抗钉植入术临床操作流程的熟练度,有助于正畸临床学习兴趣的培养及教学质量的提升。
With the development of 5G technology and mixed reality(MR)technology,MR is widely used in the fields of healthcare and medical education.In order to explore the impact of MR teaching on the teaching effectiveness of anchorage nail implantation in orthodontic clinical practice,we randomly divided 124 orthodontics students from Anhui Provincial Stomatological Hospital into experimental group(MR teaching group)and control group(traditional teaching group).The experimental group received MR teaching on orthodontic micro-anchor nail implantation and witnessed surgical operations that simulated the real diagnosis and treatment process.In the control group the traditional clinical internship surgical teaching method was adopted.The results showed that no significant difference in the score of theory tests between the two groups.In terms of practical skills,students in the experimental group outperformed those in the control group.The results of the teaching questionnaire survey show that the popularity and satisfaction of students with the MR teaching system were 98.39%(62 students)and 95.16%(62 students),respectively.Compared with the traditional clinical internship teaching method,the MR experimental teaching platform can significantly improve students’proficiency in the clinical operation process of micro-anchor nail implantation,which helps to cultivate students’interest in orthodontic clinical learning and improve teaching quality.
