声学成像技术在机械设备缺陷检测中的应用

摘要 为准确检测机械设备的缺陷,研究声学成像技术在机械设备缺陷检测中的应用。首先,构建包括信号采集模块、信号处理模块及用户交互界面的系统框架;其次,通过带通滤波器提取特定频段的声波信号,采用反卷积声源成像(Deconvolution Approach for the Mapping of Acoustic Sources,DAMAS)算法实现高分辨率的声源定位;最后,在MATLAB平台上进行实验,利用16个麦克风的矩形阵列采集信号,并验证系统在电机机械轴承声学定位中的效果。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效地定位电动机机械轴承的声源位置,具有一定的应用价值。 To accurately detect defects in mechanical equipment,the application of acoustic imaging technology in mechanical equipment defect detection is studied.Firstly,construct a system framework that includes a signal acquisition module,a signal processing module,and a user interaction interface;Secondly,specific frequency bands of acoustic signals are extracted through bandpass filters,and high-resolution sound source localization is achieved using the Deconvolution Approach for the Mapping of Acoustic Sources(DAMAS)algorithm;Finally,experiments were conducted on the MATLAB platform using a rectangular array of 16 microphones to collect signals and verify the effectiveness of the system in acoustic positioning of motor mechanical bearings.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively locate the sound source position of the motor mechanical bearing and has certain application value.
