摘要
目的分析米索前列醇片在绝经后妇女宫内节育环取出的应用效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法非随机选取2020年1月—2023年7月祁连县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的190例绝经后宫内节育环取出妇女作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各95例。对照组使用卡前列甲酯栓,观察组使用米索前列醇片。对比两组取环效果、疼痛程度、生活质量、不良反应。结果观察组宫颈管软化率为93.68%(89/95)、取环成功率为95.79%(91/95),均高于对照组的83.16%(79/95)、87.37%(83/95),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.141、4.368,P均<0.05)。术后3、7 d,观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为1.05%(1/95)低于对照组的7.37%(7/95),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.698,P<0.05)。结论在绝经后妇女宫内节育环取出时应用米索前列醇片,不仅有利于将节育环顺利取出,且疼痛感较轻,对生活质量影响较低。
Objective To analyze the application effect of misoprostol tablets in the removal of intrauterine contracep⁃tive ring in postmenopausal women and its influence on quality of life.Methods From January 2020 to July 2023,190 postmenopausal women with intrauterine device removal admitted to the Maternal and Child Health and Family Plan⁃ning Service Center of Qilian County were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treat⁃ment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 95 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carboprost methylate suppositories,and the observation group was treated with misoprostol tab⁃lets.The ring removal effect,pain degree,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The cervical canal softening rate of the observation group was 93.68%(89/95),and the success rate of ring re⁃moval was 95.79%(91/95),which were higher than 83.16%(79/95),87.37%(83/95)of the control group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.141,4.368,both P<0.05).After 3 days and 7 days of operation,the degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After operation,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the ob⁃servation group 1.05%(1/95)was lower than 7.37%(7/95)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=4.698,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of misoprostol tablets in the removal of intrauterine contra⁃ceptive ring in postmenopausal women is not only conducive to the smooth removal of the contraceptive ring,but also has less pain and less impact on the quality of life.
