摘要
目的 评价中药饮片处方前置审核(中药师联合前置审核系统,PPS)对于提高处方合理性的效果评价.方法 随机抽取我院2021年9月-2022年8月(实施处方前置系统前,设为对照组)、2022年9月-2023年8月(实施处方前置系统后,设为研究组)中药饮片处方各3574张,进行事后点评,比较两组处方合理率、不合理处方问题类型占比,采用t检验、卡方检验进行统计学分析.结果 处方前置审核系统(PPS)上线后,中药饮片处方的合格率(98.17%)显著高于PPS上线前的合格率(96.16%),PPS上线前、后中药饮片处方合格率呈现出显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 药师联合审方系统的处方审核模式可加强饮片临床应用的监管,对医师开具处方干预有效,提高处方合理性,促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全.
Objective Evaluate the effectiveness of prescription pre-approval system(PPS)in improving prescription rationality.Methods A total of 3574 prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces were randomly selected from September 2021 to August 2022(before the implementation of the prescription pre-approval system as the control group)and from September 2022 to August 2023(after the implementation of the prescription pre-approval system as the study group)in our hospital,the reasonable rate of prescription and the proportion of unreasonable prescription were compared between the two groups.T-test and chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results The average reasonable rate of the study group(98.17%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.16%),there was a significant difference in the rational prescription rate of Chinese herbal pieces before and after pre-audit system(P<0.05).Conclusion The prescription audit mode of pharmacist-combined-audit system can strengthen the supervision of the clinical application of Chinese herbal pieces,prescription intervention is effective to doctors,improve the rationality of prescription,promote rational drug use,and ensure the safety of drug use for patients.
