基于消涡整流片的潜艇伴流场优化

Optimization of submarine wake field based on vortex control baffle

摘要 针对潜艇主附体交界处产生的马蹄涡对尾部伴流场的不均匀性有强烈影响,导致潜艇螺旋桨产生振动和噪音的问题,基于数值模拟方法,以SUBOFF潜艇模型作为研究对象,重点分析了不同安装位置及尺寸的消涡整流片对马蹄涡的抑制效果.对于只带围壳的潜艇模型(AFF-2),当整流片的长度为100 mm且高度为25 mm时,整流效果较好.将设计的整流片方案应用于全附体潜艇模型(AFF-8),使得尾部桨盘面伴流不均匀性降低25%~80%,说明整流片的安装位置和结构尺寸是影响尾部伴流场不均匀度的主要因素. Aiming at the problem that the strong influence of horseshoe vortex generated at the junction of submarine main attachment on the non-uniformity of the wake field,leading to the vibration and noise of submarine propeller,based on the numerical simulation method,SUBOFF submarine model was taken as the research object,and the suppression effect of different installation positions and sizes of vortex control baffle on horseshoe vortex was analyzed.For the submarine model(AFF-2) with only sail,when the length of the vortex control baffle is 100 mm and the height is 25 mm,the rectification effect is better.The design of the baffle scheme is applied to the fully attached submarine model(AFF-8),and the wake unevenness of the tail propeller disk is reduced by 25%~80%,indicating that the installation position and structure size of the baffle are the main factors affecting the tail wake field uniformity.
