摘要
目的探究自体表皮移植术联合308 nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2023年10月医院收治的90例稳定期白癜风患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各45例。试验组实施自体表皮移植术联合308 nm准分子激光治疗,对照组实施自体表皮移植术治疗。比较两组白斑面积、起效时间、治愈时间、并发症发生情况、治疗效果、生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指标问卷(DLQI)评分]。结果治疗后1、2、3个月,试验组白斑面积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组起效时间、治愈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2、3周,试验组DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予稳定期白癜风患者自体表皮移植术联合308 nm准分子激光治疗,可有效减少白斑面积、降低并发症发生率、提升整体治疗有效率及患者生活质量、加快患者恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of autologous epidermal transplantation combined with 308 nm excimer laser treatment on the area of leukoplakia for stable vitiligo patients.Methods With the selection of 90 stable vitiligo patients admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to October 2023,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,by using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.With the implementation of autologous epidermal transplantation combined with 308 nm excimer laser treatment in the experimental group,and the implementation of autologous epidermal transplantation treatment in the control group,the area of leukoplakia,onset time,cure time,complications,treatment efficacy,and quality of life[Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)]between the two groups were compared.Results After 1,2,and 3 months of treatment,the white spot area in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time and cure time in the experimental group was were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the treatment effectiveness rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 1,2,and 3 weeks of treatment,the DLQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stable vitiligo,autologous epidermal transplantation combined with 308 nm excitable laser treatment can effectively reduce the area of leukoplakia,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the overall treatment efficiency,improve the quality of life of patients,and accelerate the recovery of patients.
