摘要
新形势下,石油钻井企业基层党建工作必须立足于高质量发展的新标准、强化党建的新要求、深化改革的新课题、全面从严治党的新目标。当前,部分石油钻井企业的基层党建工作存在思想认知不到位、管理机制不健全、工作方法不科学、党建保障不到位等问题。因此,本文从“三岗”示范树标杆、“四型”支部筑堡垒、“四合”文化促发展三个维度着手,提出针对性管理措施,以促进石油企业的高质量发展。
Under the new situation,grassroots Party building work in oil drilling enterprises is facing high-quality development requirements,new requirements for strengthening Party building,new topics for deepening reform,and a new journey of comprehensive and strict Party governance.However,there are problems with inadequate ideological awareness,inadequate management mechanisms,unscientific work methods,and inadequate Party building guarantees in the grassroots Party building work of oil drilling enterprises.To this end,enterprises need to establish targeted management measures from three dimensions:the"three posts"demonstration tree benchmark,the"four types"branch building fortress,and the"four in one"culture to promote development,in order to promote the high-quality development of petroleum enterprises.
