旋转导向钻井系统三肋流道转换器设计研究

摘要 旋转导向钻井系统是目前广泛应用的定向钻井工艺技术系统,流道转换器是该系统的关键机械零件,具有仪器内流道转换、电气连接等功能。针对流道转换器的功能需求,设计了一种三肋形式的流道转换器结构,并采用CFD方法对其进行全三维数值模拟,分析了流道转换器内流场情况,依据分析结果对流道设计进行了改进。研究发现:流道转换器出口总压分布均匀,但流体流线较乱,且流经流道转换器的液体压力损失仍较大,在优化倒角后压力损失有所降低。通过结构设计与仿真分析,完成三肋流道转换器的选材及结构定型,最终完成三肋流道转换器的研制。 Rotary Steerable Drilling System is a directional drilling technology system which is widely used at present.The flow channel converter is the key mechanical part of the system,which has the functions of flow channel conversion and electrical connection in the instrument.According to the functional requirements of the flow channel converter,a three-rib structure of the flow channel converter was designed,and the flow field inside the flow channel converter was analyzed by CFD method.It is found that the total pressure distribution at the outlet of the flow channel converter is uniform,but the fluid flow line is chaotic,and the fluid pressure loss through the flow channel converter is still large,and the pressure loss is reduced after the optimization of the chamfer.Through structural design and simulation analysis,the material selection and structure adjustment of the three-ribbed flow channel converter were completed,and the development of the three-ribbed flow channel converter was finally completed.
