摘要
油松(Pinus tabuliformis)是广泛分布于我国北部地区的主要针叶树之一,地跨3个温度带,其分布区环境差异大,是研究种内功能性状与环境间关系的理想材料。同时,同质园生长环境一致,可消除分布区生长环境差异带来的影响。本研究选取野外同质园中的11个种源油松为对象,通过测定单叶面积(LA)、单叶长(SLL)、单叶宽(SLW)、单叶干质量(SLDW)、比叶重(LMA)、叶形指数(LSI)等指标,揭示油松叶片功能性状对环境因素的适应策略。结果表明:除LSI在种源地间不存在种内差异(P>0.05)外,其余功能性状指标LA、SLL、SLW、SLDW、LMA在种源地间均存在种内差异(P<0.05)。油松叶片LA、SLL、SLW、SLDW与年均温度(MAT)显著负相关(P<0.05),LMA与MAT显著正相关(P<0.05),叶形指数(LSI)与MAT无显著相关性(P>0.05)。除单叶干质量(SLDW)与年降水量(MAP)显著负相关(P<0.05)外,其他叶性状与年降水量(MAP)均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,年均温度是导致油松叶功能性状种内差异的主要环境因素。
Pinus tabuliformis(Chinese pine)is one of the major conifers widely distributed in the northern China,spanning three temperature zones with large environmental differences in its distribution areas.It provides an ideal material to study the relationship between functional traits of intraspecies and environment.Experiment growth environment is consistent in common garden,it could eliminate the influence of different growing environments in the distribute areas.In this study,11 provenances of P.tabuliformis from field common garden were selected as research objects,indices such as single leaf area(LA),single leaf length(SLL),single leaf width(SLW),single leaf dry weight(SLDW),leaf mass per area(LMA),and leaf shape index(LSI)were measured,to investigate the intraspecific variation of leaf functional traits in P.tabuliformis and its relationship with environmental factors.The objective of this study was to explore the adaptation strategies of leaf functional traits to environmental factors.The results showed that except for LSI(P>0.05),there were intraspecific differences among provenance sites in functional traits of LA,SLL,SLW,SLDW and average annual temperature LMA(P<0.05).There was a significantly negative correlation between LA,SLL,SLW,SLDW and mean annual temperature(MAT)(P<0.05),a significantly positive correlation between LMA and MAT(P<0.05),and no significant correlation between LSI and MAT(P>0.05).There was a significantly negative correlation between SLDW and mean annual precipitation(MAP)(P<0.05),but no significant correlation between other leaf traits and MAP(P>0.05).The above results indicate that the MAT is the main environment factor leading to the intraspecific differences in leaf functional traits of P.tabuliformis.
