企业参与产教融合的价值共创逻辑与实现路径

摘要 新质生产力形成的新劳动者、新劳动资料和新劳动对象引发企业分工价值链的重构。参与产教融合的企业激增已然改变“校热企冷”的局面,亟须重新审视产教融合的价值共创逻辑以促进企业核心竞争力形成。从企业参与产教融合的历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑出发,构建宏观层面价值共识、中观层面价值共建、微观层面价值共享的三层分析框架,重构企业参与产教融合的价值逻辑——多元主体共生价值的底层逻辑、平台型资源洼地价值的组织逻辑、高端产业链运行价值的运行逻辑。并从企业的角度,提出多元参与,跨界搜寻与价值捕获;内练外借,知识创造与价值传递;竞合思维,运营生态与价值共创的实现路径。 The formation of new workers,new labor materials and new labor objects of new quality productivity leads to the reconstruction of the value chain of enterprise division of labor.The surge of enterprises participating in the integration of industry and education has changed the situation of“hot schools and cold enterprises”,and it is urgent to re-examine the value co-creation logic of the integration of industry and education to promote the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the historical,theoretical and practical logic of enterprise participation in the integration of industry and education,this paper constructs a three-layer analytical framework of macro level value consensus,meso level value co-construction,and micro level value sharing,and reconstructs the value logic of enterprise participation in the integration of industry and education:the underlying logic of the symbiotic value of multiple subjects,the organizational logic of the value of platform resource depressions,and the operation logic of the operation value of high-end industrial chain.From the perspective of enterprises,it puts forward multiple participation,cross-border search and value capture;Practice in and borrow out,knowledge creation and value transfer;Competition and cooperation thinking,operational ecology and value co-creation of the realization of the path.
