小学教师职业幸福感对工作投入的影响:心理资本和积极情绪的链式中介效应

Effect of Occupational Well-being on Job Engagement of Primary School Teachers:Chain Mediating Effect of Psychological Capital and Positive Emotions

摘要 采用中小学教师职业幸福感问卷、积极心理资本量表、积极情绪量表、工作投入量表对小学教师进行问卷调查,以探讨小学教师职业幸福感对工作投入的影响,以及心理资本和积极情绪在其间的链式中介作用.结果发现:小学教师职业幸福感、心理资本、积极情绪和工作投入之间呈两两正相关关系,小学教师职业幸福感对工作投入有显著的预测作用,心理资本在小学教师职业幸福感与工作投入间的中介作用显著,积极情绪是小学教师职业幸福感与工作投入间的中介变量,心理资本与积极情绪在小学教师职业幸福感与工作投入间起链式中介作用.研究表明,可以通过提升小学教师的职业幸福感、增强其积极心理资本和积极情绪等方式,使小学教师更加投入地进行教学工作. The primary and secondary school teachers'occupational well-being questionnaire,positive psychological capital scale,positive emotion scale and job engagement scale are used to investigate the effect of occupational happiness on job engagement of primary school teachers,and the chain mediating effect of psychological capital and positive emotion between them.The results show that:Primary school teachers'occupational well-being,psychological capital,positive emotion and job engageement are positively correlated.Primary school teachers'occupational well-being has a significant predictive effect on job engagement.Psychological capital has a significant mediating effect on occupational well-being and job engagement,and positive emotion is the mediating variable between occupational well-being and job engagement.Psychological capital and positive emotions play a chain mediating role between primary school teachers'occupational well-being and job engagement.The research shows that primary school teachers can be more engaged in teaching by improving their professional wellbeing,enhancing their positive psychological capital and positive emotions.
