摘要
目的回顾性分析1512例住院患者用药不良反应情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集2021年1月至2023年12月阳光融和医院药学部上报国家药品不良反应监测中心的1512例住院药品不良反应(ADR)报告,分析涉及药品种类、给药途径、累及系统分布,以及分析不同年份住院ADR患者性别、年龄差异。结果1512例患者中男882例,女630例;2021年报告住院患者ADR 499例,2022年报告住院患者ADR 541例,2023年报告住院患者ADR 472例。涉及药品种类以抗肿瘤药物、抗感染药物和心血管系统药物为主,分别占25.60%、23.88%和17.53%;给药途径主要以口服、静脉滴注为主,分别占46.43%和36.24%;累及系统以胃肠消化系统和皮肤为主,分别占43.39%和16.53%;2021年、2022年和2023年发生ADR住院患者性别、年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应加强住院患者ADR的监测和上报工作,同时在抗肿瘤药物、抗感染药物和心血管系统药物等使用上,应注重药物的不良反应监测。
Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions of hospitalized patients and provide a reference for rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods A total of 1512 hospitalized adverse drug reaction(ADR)reports submitted to the National Center for Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected,including 882 males and 630 females;499 ADR cases were reported in 2021,541 ADR cases were reported in 2022,and 472 ADR cases were reported in 2023.The types of drugs involved,the route of administration,the distribution of involved systems,and the gender and age differences of patients with ADR in different years were analyzed.Results The types of drugs involved were mainly antitumor drugs,anti-infective drugs,and cardiovascular system drugs,accounting for 25.60%,23.88%,and 17.53%,respectively;the main routes of administration were oral administration and intravenous drip,accounting for 46.43%and 36.24%,respectively;the involved systems were mainly gastrointestinal and digestive systems and skin,accounting for 43.39%and 16.53%,respectively;there was no significant difference in the gender and age of inpatients with adverse drug reactions in 2021,2022,and 2023(P>0.05).Conclusion The monitoring and reporting of ADR should be strengthened.At the same time,attention should be paid to the monitoring of adverse drug reactions associated with antitumor drugs,anti-infective drugs,and cardiovascular system drugs.
