摘要
目的:建立一种Qu ECh ERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定代餐食品中8种真菌毒素的方法。方法:采用1%甲酸-乙腈提取,C_(18)净化,然后利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行检测。结果:8种真菌毒素在1.0~50.0μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))大于0.990,检出限均为1.0μg·kg^(-1)。T-2毒素回收率为70.60%~87.71%;HT-2毒素回收率为78.35%~84.14%;脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇回收率为75.00%~91.94%;玉米赤霉烯酮回收率为71.69%~91.56%;黄曲霉毒素回收率为72.79%~95.68%。8种真菌毒素相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)为1.99%~8.00%。结论:本方法结合了QuEChERS前处理的简便性和高效液相色谱-串联质谱的高灵敏度,适用于代餐食品中8种真菌毒素的同时测定。
Objective:To establish a QuEChERS liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 8 fungal toxins in meal replacement foods.Method:1% formic acid acetonitrile extraction was used,followed by C_(18) purification and detection using high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Result:The 8 fungal toxins showed a good linear relationship between 1.0 μg·L~(-1) and 50.0 μg·L~(-1),the correlation coefficient(r~2) is greater than 0.990,the limits of detection were 1.0 μg·kg^(-1).The recoveries of T-2 toxin were 70.60%~ 87.71%;the recoveries of HT-2 toxin were 78.35%~ 84.14%;the recoveries of deoxynivalenol were 75.00%~ 91.94%;the recoveries of zearalenone were 71.69%~ 91.56%,and the recoveries of aflatoxins were 72.79%~ 95.68%.The relative standard deviation was 1.99%~ 8.00%.Conclusion:This method combines the simplicity of QuEChERS pretreatment with the high sensitivity of high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 8 fungal toxins in meal replacement foods.
