摘要
随着空间站等大型航天器所具备的功能越来越复杂,对控制力矩陀螺的精度和寿命指标等提出了更高的要求,高速转子轴承组件直接影响控制力矩陀螺的精度,进而影响航天器姿控系统的控制精度、寿命和可靠性。从控制力矩陀螺轴承组件的动力学、摩擦特性、润滑机制、预紧试验技术4个方面,综述了控制力矩陀螺轴承组件的研究现状及最新进展,分析了当前研究中存在的问题,并给出了后续研究的建议。目前对控制力矩陀螺轴承组件力矩特性的研究,没有考虑真空环境或实际工况中复杂因素的影响,并缺少非稳态工况下滚动轴承动力学理论研究。开展航天润滑油机械特性基础研究,发展非惯性坐标系下控制力矩陀螺轴承组件动力学仿真技术,探究轴承组件摩擦力矩控制机制,形成航天工程用控制力矩陀螺轴承组件力矩控制策略是后续研究的重点方向。
With the increasingly complex functions of large spacecraft such as space stations,higher requirements have been put forward for the accuracy and lifespan indicators of control torque gyroscopes.The high-speed rotor bearing components directly affect the accuracy of control torque gyroscopes,thereby affecting the control accuracy,lifespan,and reliability of spacecraft attitude control systems.A review was conducted on the research status and latest progress of control torque gyroscope bearing components from four aspects:the dynamics,friction characteristics,lubrication mechanism,and preloading test technology.The existing problems in current research were analyzed,and the suggestions for future research were provided.At present,the research on the torque characteristics of control torque gyroscope bearing components has not taken into account the influence of complex factors in vacuum environment or actual working conditions,and there is a lack of theoretical research on the dynamics of rolling bearings under non steady state working conditions.Conducting basic research on the mechanical characteristics of aerospace lubricants,developing dynamic simulation technology for control torque gyroscope bearing components in non inertial coordinate systems,exploring the friction torque control mechanism of bearing components,and forming torque control strategies for control torque gyroscope bearing components in aerospace engineering are the key directions for subsequent research.
