摘要
高端科学仪器是高等学校、科研院所开展科学研究和技术创新的重要工具,我国高端科学仪器主要依赖进口,缺乏核心技术研发和关键零部件研制能力,制约了高水平科技的发展。文章分析了国产科学仪器发展现状,以天津市分析测试协会和天津大学化工学院联合成立的国产科学仪器研究及应用示范中心为例,详述了中心助力高端科学仪器实现国产替代所做的探索和实践,以期为国产高端科学仪器的发展提供参考。
[Objective]The Domestic Scientific Instrument Research and Application Demonstration Center aims to support and serve the development of academic disciplines.By leveraging the unique characteristics and applications of chemical engineering,the center collaborates with professional researchers to actively engage in the development of high-end scientific instruments.This initiative promotes partnerships between universities and domestic instrument manufacturers and fosters independent research and development of scientific instruments.The goal is to rapidly establish an integrated development model that merges the scientific instrument industry chain with the innovation chain of academic and research institutions.The center emphasizes the use and trial of domestic scientific instruments,establishing application demonstration bases and comparison laboratories.Through increased practical application,a mechanism for the continuous improvement and enhancement of domestic instruments is formed,facilitating cooperation between universities and enterprises.Efforts are being made to build capacities for the maintenance and repair of imported scientific instruments.By collaborating with domestic manufacturers,the center aims to ensure a“safe,autonomous,and controllable”maintenance capability,addressing the challenges of servicing imported high-end scientific equipment.The center explores market-based methods to encourage the widespread use of domestic scientific instruments among faculty and students.This approach drives improvements in research and development by creating cost-effective,targeted,and user-friendly domestic scientific instruments.[Progress]On December 25,2023,the Domestic Scientific Instrument Research and Application Demonstration Center,supported by the collaborative establishment of the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Tianjin University and the Tianjin Analysis and Testing Association,held its inaugural meeting.Experts from more than 20 universities and research institutions and representatives from more than 40 domestic scientific instrument manufacturers attended the event.Discussions focused on the critical role of scientific instrument enterprises in technological innovation,the expansion of the instrument industry,the localization of key components,and the support and innovation needed to achieve industrial-scale application of scientific instruments.Leveraging the Demonstration Center for Research and Application of Domestic Scientific Instruments,the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Tianjin University has made significant strides in the independent research and development of domestic scientific instruments and equipment.The Department of Process Equipment and Control Engineering at the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology has developed an innovative in-situ three-dimensional internal defect reconstruction technology.This technology addresses the uncertainty associated with the impact of internal defects on the service process of materials and components.By integrating multiscale in-situ testing technology with advanced characterization methods,such as scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,the team has overcome the challenges of"micro–meso–macro"multiscale in-situ mechanical testing.This study provides an experimental foundation to elucidate the microscopic mechanisms underlying material cracking and failure.The center also undertakes rigorous inspection and evaluation of domestic scientific instruments.Notably,the“Table XAFS”X-ray absorption fine structure spectrometer,produced by Anhui Chuangpu Instrument Technology Co.,Ltd.,was delivered and installed at the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology in July 2023.As a key procurement tool,this valuable domestic scientific instrument is the first to undergo inspection and evaluation by the Domestic Scientific Instrument Research and Application Demonstration Center.To develop domestic scientific instruments,Tianjin Zhipu Instrument Co.,Ltd.unveiled a new series of mass spectrometers at the inaugural meeting of the Domestic Scientific Instrument Research and Application Demonstration Center.The new products include the AITQ-2050 liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometer and AIQTOF-5020 liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer.[Conclusions and Prospects]The innovation,manufacturing,and application levels of high-end scientific instruments are critical indicators of the scientific and industrial capabilities of a nation.Leveraging the resources and support of the Domestic Scientific Instrument Research and Application Demonstration Center,the Tianjin Analysis and Testing Association has cooperated with the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Tianjin University to explore a new model of collaborative high-end scientific instrument research and development involving universities,enterprises,and research institutions.This initiative aims to stimulate innovation in domestic scientific instruments,promote independent research and development,and rapidly integrate the scientific instrument industry chain with academic and research innovation chains.This effort contributes to reducing the dependence on imported high-end scientific instruments and achieving self-reliance in technological innovation.
