摘要
针对当前农地权属公示图制作自动化和智能化程度不高的情况,本文提出了一种农地权属公示图自动生成方法拟解决此问题。首先通过遍历承包地块图层中的地块要素,获取图层最小外包矩形信息并结合公示比例尺动态计算图层视图范围。然后通过比较图层视图范围的宽度与实际出图范围的宽度限值,进行图层自动分幅处理,实现了公示数据源的动态生成。继而对公示数据源进行权属信息关联、图幅权属信息统计、智能化图层渲染和图饰信息的动态与自适应添加操作后,获得最终农地权属公示图制图成果。本文将所提方法与当前专业软件农地权属公示图制作方法进行对比实验,验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。
In this paper,the method of automatically generating rural land right publicity figure was proposed based on the situations of the lower level of automation and intelligent for the production of rural land property publicity figure.Firstly,we obtained the information of layer minimum bounding box and combined publicity scale to calculate the layer view range by traversing the block features of contract block layer.Then the dynamic generation of publicity data source was realized by comparing the width of the layer view range and the restricted width of the actual printing range to divide the layer automatically.Wegained the results of rural land right publicity figure by a series operation of land right information association,land right information statistics,intellectualized layer rendering and the automation and adaptive of layer decoration information.Finally,a comparative experiment was constructed between the proposed method and the current professional software method for creating agricultural land ownership disclosure maps,verifying the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
