摘要
当前,我国水环境依然面临诸多风险,部分地区水资源短缺现象突出。城镇污水处理厂排放的尾水经过深度处理,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅴ类水质要求后,可排入受纳水体。生态砾石床是一种自然处理污水的方法,本质是对天然河床中砾石表面的微生物膜进行人工强化。作为一种砾间接触氧化技术,生态砾石床可对低浓度污水进行深度处理,有效提升水质。同时,生态砾石床建设可以因地制宜,与景观相结合。生态砾石床可用于城镇污水处理厂尾水的深度净化,同时具有美化景观的作用。填料种类、粒径可能影响生态砾石床净化城镇污水处理厂尾水的效果。试验采用砾石+钢渣+沸石(配比为1∶1∶1)组成的复合填料与传统的砾石填料进行对比,研究不同粒径下生态砾石床对污水的处理效能。试验结果显示,采用功能性复合填料,选择适宜的填料粒径,可以有效提高生态砾石床运行效能,同时系统不易发生堵塞。
At present,China’s water environment still faces many risks,and the shortage of water resources is prominent in some areas.The tailwater discharged from urban sewage treatment plants can be discharged into the receiving water body after deep treatment to meet the ClassⅤwater quality requirements of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards(GB 3838—2002).Ecological gravel bed is a natural method for treating the sewage,which essentially involves artificially strengthening the microbial film on the surface of gravel in natural riverbeds.As a gravel contact oxidation technology,ecological gravel beds can be used for deep treatment of low concentration sewage,effectively improving water quality.Meanwhile,the construction of ecological gravel beds can be tailored to local conditions and integrated with the landscape.Ecological gravel beds can be used for deep purification of sewage from urban sewage treatment plants,while also having the function of beautifying the landscape.The type and particle size of fillers may affect the effectiveness of ecological gravel bed in purifying the tailwater of urban sewage treatment plants.The experiment uses a composite filler composed of gravel,steel slag,and zeolite(with a ratio of 1∶1∶1)to compare with traditional gravel fillers,and studies the treatment efficiency of ecological gravel beds for sewage under different particle sizes.The experimental results show that using functional composite fillers and selecting appropriate filler particle sizes can effectively improve the operational efficiency of ecological gravel beds,while the system is less prone to blockage.
