摘要
目的:观察联合理气通腑针法对胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月我院收治的胃癌根治术患者98例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=49)、对照组(n=49)。观察组采用Jianpi Xiaozheng Zisheng Soup联合理气通腑针法治疗,对照组采用理气通腑针法治疗。比较2组首次排气、腹胀缓解、肠鸣音恢复、首次进食时间及胃肠减压引流量。比较2组治疗前、治疗10 d后胃肠功能指标[胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃泌素(GAS)]、免疫功能指标[T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、自然杀伤细胞(NK)]、生存质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织开发的生命测定量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分]。结果:治疗10 d后,观察组首次排气、进食、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,胃肠减压引流量小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗10 d后,观察组胃肠功能指标(MTL、VIP、GAS)水平改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗10 d后,观察组免疫功能指标(NK、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗10 d后,观察组功能量表、总体生活质量量表评分大于对照组,单项量表、症状量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用Jianpi Xiaozheng Zisheng Soup联合理气通腑针法治疗胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能、免疫功能优于单独使用理气通腑针法治疗,可加速术后恢复,改善患者生存质量。
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Xiaozheng Zisheng Soup combined with Liqitongfu acupuncture on gastrointestinal function and immune function of patients with gastric cancer after radical surgery.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with radical gastrectomy in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=49and control group(n=49)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Xiaozheng Zisheng Soup combined with Liqitongfu acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Liqitongfu acupuncture.The first exhaust,abdominal distension relief,bowel sound recovery,first feeding time and gastrointestinal decompression drainage volume were compared between the two groups.The gastrointestinal function indicators[motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),gastrin(GAS)],immune function indicators[T lymphocyte subpopulations(CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),natural killer cells(NK)]quality of life[Life Measurement Scale Developed by European Cancer Research and Treatment Tissue(EORTCQ)LQ-C30score]of the two groups were compared before treatment and 10days after treatment.Results:After 10 days of treatment,the recovery time of the first exhaust,eating and bowel sound in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the gastrointestinal decompression drainage volume was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment the improvement of gastrointestinal function indexes(MTL,VIP,GAS)in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the levels of immune function indexes(NK,CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the scores of functional scale and global quality of life scale in observation group were higher than those of control group,but the scores of single scale and symptom scale were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of gastrointestinal function and immune function of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy with Jianpi Xiaozheng Zisheng Soup combined with Liqitongfu acupuncture is better than that of Liqitongfu acupuncture alone,which can accelerate postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
