输电线路无人机-机器人联合作业系统的电磁兼容分析与防护设计

Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis and Protection Design of UAV-robot Joint Operation System for Power Transmission Lines

摘要 针对输电线路无人机‒机器人联合作业系统在上下线过程中所遇的强电磁对控制系统的干扰问题,提出了对应的电磁兼容分析与防护设计方法。首先通过Ansys Electronics Desktop软件建立机器人机箱与无人机的电磁仿真模型,得出不同距离下的电磁场分布,进而计算出上下线过程中无人机与输电线路导线的最小安全距离,以及机器人的等电位安全距离,并对机器人与无人机进行电磁防护设计,提高机器人的电磁兼容性能。该研究能够极大地提高无人机‒机器人联合作业系统的可靠性和安全性。 Aiming at the strong electromagnetic interference to the control system during the up and down process of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-robot joint operation system on transmission lines,the corresponding electromagnetic compatibility analysis and protection design method are proposed.Firstly,the electromagnetic simulation model of the robot chassis and the UAV is established by Ansys Electronics Desktop software,and the electromagnetic field distributions at different distances are obtained,and then the minimum safe distance between the UAV and the transmission line conductor and the equipotential safe distance of the robot in the up and down process are calculated,and electromagnetic protection is carried out for the machine and the UAV to improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the robot.This research can greatly improve the reliability and safety of the UAV-robot joint operation system.
