多维距离下郑州科技创新中心辐射效应研究

摘要 【目的】测度郑州作为国家中心城市打造国家区域科技创新中心对周围城市的辐射效应强度及其演变。【方法】借助静电场理论建立区域科技创新中心辐射场模型,并采用自然间断点法,设定辐射强度为强辐射、较强辐射、较弱辐射、弱辐射四个分类,从时间距离、技术距离、经济距离三个维度测度郑州科技创新中心对周围城市的辐射效应演变。【结果】时间距离维度下辐射强度提升最为明显,其次是经济距离维度,技术距离维度下提升不明显。【结论】郑州区域科技创新中心的创新资源投入成效明显,但是创新成果产出成效上还有很大的上升空间。 [Purposes]This paper aims to measure the radiation effect intensity and evolution of Zhengzhou as a national regional science and technology innovation center on surrounding cities.[Methods]With the help of electrostatic field theory,the radiation field model of regional science and technology innovation center is established,and the natural discontinuity point method is used to set the radiation intensity as four categories:strong radiation,relatively strong radiation,relatively weak radiation and weak radiation.The evolution of radiation effect of Zhengzhou Science and Technology Innovation Center on surrounding cities is measured from three dimensions:time distance,technical distance and economic distance.[Findings]The results indicate that the increase in radiation intensity is most significant in the time distance dimension,followed by the economic distance dimension,while the increase is not significant in the technical distance dimension.[Conclusions]The innovation resource investment of Zhengzhou Science and Technology Innovation Center has shown significant results,but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the output of innovation achievements.
