摘要
为了满足高温低渗气田完井作业施工对完井液综合性能的要求,提高完井作业效率,在分析了目标气田基本概况的基础之上,以防水锁剂F-2和缓蚀剂HSJ-H为主要处理剂,研究了一种适合高温低渗气田的低张力抗高温有机盐完井液体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:低张力抗高温有机盐完井液具有良好的防膨性能,在温度范围为50~170℃时均能使防膨率达到90%以上。完井液体系具有良好的表面/界面活性,经过高温老化后的完井液仍能具备较低的表面张力(19.7 mN/m)和界面张力(0.98 mN/m)。另外,完井液体系还具有良好的抗高温防腐蚀性能,在实验温度达到170℃时,完井液对S13Cr钢片的腐蚀速率仍低至0.0504 mm/a。研究结果认为低张力抗高温有机盐完井液能够满足目标气田完井作业施工的需求。
In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive performance of completion fluids for high-temperature and low-permeability gas field completion operations and improve completion efficiency,based on the analysis of the basic situation of the target gas field,a low tension and high-temperature resistant organic salt completion fluid system suitable for high-temperature and low-permeability gas fields was studied,with waterproof locking agent F-2 and corrosion inhibitor HSJ-H as the main treatment agents,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated.The results show that the low tension and high temperature resistant organic salt completion fluid has good anti swelling performance,and can achieve an anti-swelling rate of over 90%in the temperature range of 50~170℃.The completion fluid system has good surface/interfacial activity,and even after high-temperature aging,the completion fluid can still have lower surface tension(19.7 mN/m)and interfacial tension(0.98 mN/m).In addition,the completion fluid system also has good high-temperature and anti-corrosion performance.When the experimental temperature reaches 170℃,the corrosion rate of the completion fluid on S13Cr steel sheets is still as low as 0.0504 mm/a.The research results suggest that low tension and high temperature resistant organic salt completion fluids can meet the requirements of target gas field completion operations.
