摘要
针对目前国内测定固体废物浸出液中六价铬的标准方法过于烦琐且老旧的问题,本文建立全自动间断化学分析法来测定固体废物浸出液中的六价铬。通过将该方法和《固体废物六价铬的测定二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法》(GB/T 15555.4—1995)在方法性能上进行实验对比。结果表明:全自动间断分析法在曲线线性上达到0.9998,检出限为0.002 mg/L,精密度在3.16%~3.81%,准确度相对误差为-0.88%~5.34%,并且通过F检验法和t检验法验证,无论是精密度稳定性和分析结果上均无显著性差异,符合标准方法要求。因其在方法性能和人工、时间、经济性上均优于传统方法,故适合测定固体废物浸出液中的六价铬。
In order to solve the problem that the domestic standard method for determination of hexavalent chromium in solid waste leachate is too complicated and old,an automatic discontinuous chemical analysis method was established to determine hexavalent chromium in solid waste leachate.The performance of this method was experimentally compared with that of“Solid waste,determination of chromium hexavalent,diphenylcarbazide Spectrophotometer”(GB/T 155554-1995).The results show that the full automatic discontinuous analysis method achieves 09998 in the curve linearity,the detection limit is 0002 mg/L,the precision is 316%~381%,the relative error of accuracy is-088%~534%,through the F-test and t-test,there is no significant difference in precision stability and analysis results,which meets the requirements of the standard method.The method is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in solid waste leachate because it is superior to the traditional method in terms of performance,labor,time and economy.
