摘要
五体痹包括骨痹、筋痹、皮痹、肌痹、脉痹。五体痹是《素问》中对于痹证疾病的一个划分。新安医家很早就对五体痹有所认识,新安医籍中关于五体痹的立论较多,论著甚丰。名中医刘健在传承新安医家学术思想的同时,也形成了自成一体的观点。刘健关于五体痹病因病机的理论,在新安医家的基础上得到了完善。刘健在诊治五体痹时强调针对临床病症的特点偱证施药、辨证论治,临证治疗思想独特、立方简洁精纯、思维严谨缜密且多变灵活。本文将刘健结合新安医学理论对五体痹的认识与探讨做简要阐述。
Five-type Bi Syndromes refer to the Bi syndromes of bone,sinew,skin,muscle and pulse.It is a classification of Bi syndrome diseases mentioned in Su Wen.Xin'an medical practitioners had an early understanding on the Five-type Bi syndromes,and many scholars from Xin'an published abundant medical works to propose the theory on the subject.The renowned traditional Chinese doctor Liu Jian developed his own unique perspectives,while inheriting the academic thoughts of the Xin'an medical school.When treating the Five-type Bi syndromes,Liu Jian emphasizes the use of evidence-based medication and syndrome differentiation treatment,tailored to the characteristics of clinical symptoms.His clinical treatment philosophy is unique,with prescriptions that are concise and pure,and his thinking is rigorous,meticulous,and versatile.This article briefly elaborates on Liu Jian's understanding and discussion of the Five-type Bi Syndromes in the context of Xin'an Medicine.
