摘要
针对特厚煤层巷道掘进层位确定及煤柱合理留设宽度的技术难题,从顶板维护、煤体损失等角度对比分析了巷道沿顶掘进、沿底掘进两种方案,采用数值模拟的角度研究了5~10 m这6种煤柱尺寸下的煤柱应力及煤柱塑性区分布特征,最后结合防隔水煤柱留设尺寸确定临近采空区疏放水位。研究结果表明,尽管巷道沿底掘进煤炭损失量偏小,但是从巷道维护等角度出发,选择巷道沿顶掘进;对比分析煤柱宽度5~7 m的煤柱整体承载能力弱,煤柱宽度9~10 m时,煤柱内部应力集中范围和集中程度明显偏大,不利于煤柱的稳定性,综合确定巷道煤柱宽度为8 m,临近采空区探测到的水位不得高于8.73 m。
In response to the technical difficulties in determining the excavation layer of roadway in extremely thick coal seams and reasonably reserving the width of coal pillars,a comparative analysis was conducted from the perspectives of roof maintenance and coal loss.Two schemes of roadway excavation along the roof and floor were compared and analyzed.The stress and plastic zone distribution characteristics of coal pillars under six coal pillar sizes ranging from 5 to 10 m were studied using numerical simulation.Finally,the water level near the goaf was determined by combining the reserved size of waterproof coal pillars.The research results indicate that although the amount of coal damage caused by tunneling along the floor is relatively small,from the perspective of roadway maintenance,it is recommended to choose tunneling along the roof;Comparative analysis shows that the overall bearing capacity of the 5~7 m coal pillar is weak.When the width of the coal pillar increases to 9~10 m,the range and degree of stress concentration inside the coal pillar are significantly larger,which is not conducive to the stability of the coal pillar.Therefore,the width of the coal pillar in the roadway is determined to be 8 m,and the water level detected near the goaf should not exceed 8.73 m.
