针对面向煤矿设备维护的机械振动监测分析

摘要 煤矿设备维护主要以现代化维护理论、技术为基础。振动监测为机械设备提供反馈记录,能够捕捉并记录设备的每次微小振动数据,可以根据设备实际运行情况,精准的预判煤矿设备状态,便于结合点检、历史维护与机械振动监测数据,做出相应维护决策,以实现对数智化、远程化的煤矿设备维护。鉴于此,为确保煤矿设备能够持续完成正常运行,实现煤矿安全、有序地生产,研究面向煤矿设备维护的机械振动监测进行详细地分析,旨在提升煤矿经济效益与社会效益,从而促进煤矿获得更加显著的生产效能。 The maintenance of coal mine equipment is mainly based on modern maintenance theory and technology.Vibration monitoring provides feedback recording for mechanical equipment,which can capture and record every small vibration data of the equipment.It can accurately predict the status of coal mine equipment based on the actual operation of the equipment,and facilitate the combination of point inspection,historical maintenance,and mechanical vibration monitoring data to make corresponding maintenance decisions,achieving the intelligent and remote maintenance of coal mine equipment.In view of this,in order to ensure the continuous normal operation of coal mine equipment and achieve the safe and orderly production in coal mines,a detailed analysis of the mechanical vibration monitoring for coal mine equipment maintenance is conducted,aiming to improve the economic and social benefits of coal mines and promote more significant efficiency of production.
