摘要
作为国家生态文明试验区、生态文明建设先行区,贵州始终优先为生态留地,为自然增绿,优良生态环境已成为贵州最大的发展优势和竞争优势,绿水青山正成为贵州人民的“幸福不动产”和“绿色提款机”。贵州省的自然保护地汇聚了全省自然资源保护价值最高的区域,是生态建设的核心载体,是生态文明建设的重要区域,在维护生态安全中居于首要地位。本文概述了贵州省的自然生态系统、野生生物资源、自然遗迹、自然景观等基本情况,探讨了现阶段的建设成效、主要不足等发展问题,提出了优化保护空间体系、完善政策法规体系、强化保护效能体系、培育生态文化体系、实现生态产品价值、理顺管理体制机制等六个方面的目标,以期为自然保护地高质量发展提供参考和借鉴,促进贵州省自然保护地高质量发展。
Guizhou Province is characterized by the national ecological civilization pilot zone and leading area for ecological civilization construction in China.The priority has been given to ecological land retention and natural greening.The ecological environment has been one of the largest development advantages in the ecological civilization construction and security,where green waters and mountains are the"happy real estate"and"green ATM".The natural protected zones are also gathered with the highest value of natural resource protection in the province.The article aims to clarify the current status of natural ecosystem,wildlife resources,natural relics,and natural landscapes in Guizhou Province.The current development problems were determined,such as construction effectiveness and main challenges.Six task systems were proposed to optimize the protection space system.The policy and regulatory were promoted for the protection efficiency and the ecological culture of ecological products.The finding can also provide a strong refence for the high-quality development in natural protected areas in Guizhou Province.
