摘要
目的:基于Neo4j探讨“病机链”理念下《脾胃论》知识图谱的构建方法,梳理书中各个方剂的病机逻辑关系,完成《脾胃论》湿热成痿肺金受邪论小型知识图谱的构建以及可视化。方法:在《中医临床术语第2部分:证候》等规范的指导下,采用人工知识抽取对《脾胃论》湿热成痿肺金受邪论的题目、目录、方剂、中药、症状及病机进行提取、预处理及标准化,利用图数据库Neo4j构建知识图谱并进行存储。结果:基于Neo4j构建了包含115个相关实体节点和290条实体关系的《脾胃论》湿热成痿肺金受邪论小型知识图谱,实现了以“病机链”形式可视化方剂相关内容等功能。结论:研究证明了以“病机链”理念完整构建《脾胃论》Neo4j知识图谱的可行性,也为未来中医古籍的可视化提供新的思路。
Objective:To explore the construction method of knowledge map of Piwei Lun under the concept of"pathogenesis chain"based on Neo4j,sort out the pathologic logic relationship of each prescription in the book,and complete the construction and visualization of small-scale knowledge map of Shire Chenglou Feijin Shouxie Lun in Piwei Lun.Methods:Under the guidance of standards such as Clinical Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Part 2:Symptoms,artificial knowledge extraction was used to extract,preprocess,and standardize the titles,contents,formulas,traditional Chinese medicines,symptoms,and pathogenesis of the Shire Chenglou Feijin Shouxie Lun in Piwei Lun.A knowledge map was constructed and stored using the Neo4j graph database.Results:A small-scale knowledge map of the Shire Chenglou Feijin Shouxie Lun in Piwei Lun was constructed based on Neo4j,which includes 115 related entity nodes and 290 entity relationships.This enabled the visualization of prescription related content in the form of a"pathogenesis chain".Conclusion:The study demonstrated the feasibility of constructing a complete Neo4j knowledge mpa of Piwei Lun based on the concept of"pathogenesis chain",and also provided new ideas for the visualization of ancient Chinese medicine books in the future.
