摘要
新质生产力作为一种先进生产力,在推动体育产业高质量发展方面潜力巨大。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对新质生产力赋能体育产业高质量发展的结构关联进行研究。研究认为,新质生产力可在动力变革、效率变革、质量变革三方面充分赋能体育产业高质量发展。然而,其有效赋能仍面临体育产业数实融合不深致使赋能根基不实、科技创新不足造成赋能动力低下、保障措施不完备导致赋能保障不善、科技人才短缺引发赋能能动不足等困境。建议应深化数实融合,夯实赋能根基;推动科技创新,增强赋能动力;完善保障措施,确保赋能有效实施:壮大科技人才队伍,提升赋能整体能动性。
As an advanced productivity,new quality productivity has great potential in promoting the high-quality development of sports industry.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper studies the structural correlation of the high-quality development of sports industry enabled by new quality productivity.The research holds that new quality productivity can fully enable the high-quality development of sports industry in three aspects:dynamic change,efficiency change and quality change.However,its effective empowerment still faces with the dilemma of unrealistic foundation of empowerment caused by the lack of integration of data and reality in the sports industry,low motivation of empowerment caused by insufficient scientific and technological innovation,poor guarantee of empowerment caused by incomplete safeguard measures,and insufficient motivation of empowerment caused by the shortage of scientific and technological talents.It is suggested that we should deepen the integration of digital technology and real economy to consolidate the foundation of empowerment;promote scientific and technological innovation to enhance the driving force of empowerment;improve the safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of empowerment;strengthen the scientific and technological talent team to enhance the overall initiative of empowerment.
