摘要
培育居民社区治理共同体意识是实现社区治理现代化的关键要素。立足我国基层治理实践,建构居民社区治理共同体意识的内在结构十分必要。在访谈我国城市居民并采用扎根分析法进行质性分析、问卷调查我国城市居民并运用因素分析法进行量化分析的基础上,提炼出居民社区治理共同体意识的两个维度:居民社区治理共同体意识的认知维度和“情感—动机”维度。居民社区治理共同体意识的认知维度包括居民对社区治理共同体的认识、居民治理需求的满足和居民的共享经历。居民社区治理共同体意识的“情感—动机”维度包括居民对社区的情感、居民与核心治理主体有自我超越的共享价值观、居民对社区治理共同体影响力的感知和居民对社区治理共同体的身份认同。
Cultivating a sense of social governance community among residents is a key pathway to achieving modern community governance.Based on the practice of grassroots governance in China,this paper attempts to construct a conceptual framework of sense of social governance community(SSGC).Through 23 in-depth interviews with Chinese residents and qualitative analysis using grounded theory,and a survey of 447 residents and quantitative analysis using factor analysis,this paper distills two dimensions of SSGC:the cognitive dimension and the"affective-motivational"dimension.The cognitive dimension of SSGC includes cognition,needs fulfillment and share experience.The"affective-motivational"dimension of SSGC includes affection,shared self-transcendence values,influence and group membership identification.
