摘要
数控机床凭借自身高精度、高效率、自动化程度高等特点,在航空零部件精密加工中扮演着十分重要的角色。基于此,通过分析数控机床的技术原理,明确了其实际运行流程,以及该技术的主要特征,指出了数控机床在航空零部件加工中的关键技术,包括高速切削技术、多轴联动技术CAD/CAM系统、柔性加工技术、DNC技术等,揭示了数控机床如何助力航空工业实现更高水平的精密制造,并为相关领域的技术研究提供了参考。
CNC machine tools play a very important role in precision machining of aviation components due to their high height accuracy,high efficiency,and high degree of automation.Based on this,by analyzing the technical principles of CNC machine tools,clarifies their actual operating processes,and identifies the main characteristics of this technology,points out the key technologies of CNC machine tools in aviation component processing,including high-speed cutting technology,multi axis linkage technology CAD/CAM system,flexible machining technology,DNC technology,etc.,will be revealed to help the aviation industry achieve higher levels of precision manufacturing,and provide reference for technical research in related fields.
