摘要
为了确保铰接处轴类零部件设计的可靠性,对链斗式连续卸船机各结构铰点进行了解析计算。文中阐述了链斗式连续卸船机的组成及工作原理,同时应用ADAMS对链斗式连续卸船机机构进行了运动模拟分析,分析结果为机构的运动设计及铰点设计提供了依据,同时为大型机械结构的动力学分析提供了一种分析验证方法。
In order to ensure the reliability of the design of hinge-joint shaft parts,analytical calculations are carried out for each structural hinge point of the chain bucket continuous ship unloader.This paper describes the operation principle and constitution of the continuous ship unloader,and applies ADAMS software to make a motion simulation analysis on the continuous ship unloader structure.The analysis results offer a foundation for the mechanical motion design and hinge joint design,and provide an analysis method for the dynamic analysis of large-sized structure.
