摘要
本文探讨了MDT模式与CBL教学方法在医学影像科规培教学中的应用。该教学方法通过组建MDT教学团队,选取典型病例,设计系统化教学流程,促进了规培生的临床思维与实践能力提升。然而,应用这种教学模式仍面临诸多挑战,如规培生的临床胜任力、教师综合能力和个人素养等。为了克服这些挑战,我们需要在各方面进行改进,以进一步提高教学质量。
This study investigates the integration of the Multidisciplinary Team(MDT)approach with the Case-Based Learning(CBL)methodology in the realm of medical imaging residency training.By assembling a dedicated MDT teaching cohort,meticulously selecting representative cases,and crafting a rigorous,systematic teaching framework,this educational strategy effectively fosters the development of residents'clinical reasoning skills and practical proficiency.Nonetheless,the implementation of this innovative teaching model encounters several obstacles,including the assessment of residents'clinical competence,the enhancement of instructors'holistic abilities,and the nurturing of essential personal attributes.To address these challenges and elevate the overall quality of education,comprehensive refinements across multiple dimensions are imperative.
