摘要
教育家精神是教育领域的宝贵财富,对培育时代新人具有重大的价值和意义。爱国敬业、教书育人、严谨治学、为人师表,共同构成教育家精神的核心价值。文章结合教育家精神的内涵的分析,提出培育时代新人的目标和要求,并探讨弘扬教育家精神融入培育时代新人的重要意义及有效路径。高校可以通过加强师德师风建设、创新教育理念和方法、营造良好的教育环境、开展主题教育活动等有效措施,将教育家精神切实融入到时代新人的培育过程之中。
The spirit of educators is a valuable asset in the field of education,and has significant value and significance in cultivating new talents of the times.The core values of the educator's spirit are patriotism,dedication,teaching and nurturing.rigorous scholarship,and being a role model.The article combines the analysis of the connotation of the spirit of educators,proposes the goals and requirements for cultivating new talents ofthe times,and explorestheimportant significance and effective path of promoting the spirit of educators and integrating it into the cultivation of new talents of the times.Universities can effectively integrate the spirit of educators into the process of cultivating new talents in the era by strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and style,innovating educational concepts and methods,creating a good educational environment,and carrying out themed educational activities.
