摘要
目的:观察基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理结合松静诱导训练对糖尿病足患者自我效能和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月厦门大学附属第一医院内分泌糖尿病科住院的80例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予基础护理结合松静诱导训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理,比较2组护理前后自我效能感量表、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分。结果:护理后,2组自我效能感量表足部护理、疾病监测、药物治疗、日常生活管理评分均较本组护理前升高(均P<0.05),且观察组均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理后,2组AIS评分均较本组护理前降低(均P<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:基于Triangle分层分级管理的延续性护理结合松静诱导训练,有助于糖尿病足患者自我效能和睡眠质量的改善。
Objective:To explore the effects of Triangle hierarchical management and continuous care combined with relaxation induction training on self-efficacy and sleep quality of diabetic foot patients.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,a total of 80 patients with diabetes foot who were hospitalized in the Endocrinology and Diabetes Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing combined with relaxation induction training,while the observation group received continuous nursing based on Triangle hierarchical management in addition to the care provided to the control group.The self-efficacy scale and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the self-efficacy scores of foot care,disease monitoring,medication treatment,and daily life management in both groups increased compared to before nursing in this group(all P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the AIS scores of both groups decreased compared to pre-nursing levels(both P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Triangle stratified management and continuous nursing combined with relaxation induction training intervention can improve self-efficacy and sleep quality in patients with diabetic foot,and the application effect is ideal.
