摘要
氧化降解技术(包括氧化剂直接氧化法、湿式氧化法、光催化氧化法、电催化氧化法、生物降解法等)和净化回收技术(包括过滤法、吸附法、离子交换法、电渗析法、减压蒸馏法等)被用于废胺液的处理过程,因后者可实现胺液的循环利用、有效避免了资源浪费而更具优势。本文介绍了废胺液的来源与危害,综述了废胺液处理技术的发展现状,分析了这些技术的内在优势、技术瓶颈和应用效果,并对废胺液净化回收技术领域的未来发展提出了建议。
The oxidative degradation technologies(including direct oxidation of oxidants,wet oxidation,photocatalytic oxidation,electrocatalytic oxidation,and biodegradation)and purification and recovery technologies(including filtration,adsorption,ion exchange,electrodialysis,and decompression distillation)are employed in the treatment of waste amine solution.The latter are more advantageous because they can realize the recycling of amine solution and avoid the waste of resources.This paper introduced the sources and hazards of waste amine solution and summarized the development status of waste amine solution treatment technologies.The intrinsic advantages,technical bottlenecks,and application effects of these technologies were analyzed.Moreover,suggestions were proposed for future development in thefield of waste amine solution purification and recovery technologies.
