从“能散、能行”角度论辛味药的抗肿瘤作用

Exploration on Anti-Tumor Effect of Pungent Herbs from the Perspective of“Enhancing the Dispersion Effect and Boosting Circulation Effect”

摘要 肿瘤是一种虚实夹杂的全身性疾病的局部体现,癥瘕积聚是其形成的主要原因之一。辛味药能够通过祛邪散寒、调节气机、活血化瘀等发挥消癥散结的作用,其活性成分可通过抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、调控多种信号通路、抑制肿瘤血管生成等多种机制起效。同时,辛味药配伍组方还可通过辛开苦降、辛甘化阳、辛散酸收、辛咸软坚等治法起到协同增效、缓解化疗副作用、调节机体免疫功能、降低不良反应发生率等作用。本文从“能散、能行”的角度,阐明辛味药可消除气滞、血瘀、痰凝、湿聚等肿瘤诱因,明晰了辛味药的抗肿瘤组方原理和配伍原则,为抗肿瘤中药的药性理论研究及临床上合理应用提供参考。 Tumor is a local manifestation of systemic disease with simultaneous occurrence of deficiency and excess syndromes,while one of the main reasons is abdominal masses.Pungent herbs can eliminate abdominal mass and disperse nodule by dispelling pathogen and dispersing cold,regulating qi circulation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.The active ingredients of pungent herbs can take effect by inhibiting the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cell,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,regulating multiple signaling pathways,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,and other mechanisms.At the same time,the compatibility prescriptions of pungent herbs can also play the synergistic effect,alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy,regulate immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions through the treatment methods of herbs acrid in flavor for dispersing and herbs bitter in flavor for descending,herbs acrid in flavor and sweet in property transforming into yang,herbs acrid in flavor for dispersing and herbs sour in flavor for arresting discharge,herbs acrid and salty in flavor for softening hard mass.This paper illustrated that pungent herbs could eliminate tumor inducements such as qi stagnation,blood stasis,and the agglomeration of dampness and phlegm from the viewpoint of“enhancing the dispersion effect and boosting circulation effect”.It clarified the principles of anti-tumor formula and compatibility of pungent herbs to provide references for the theoretical study on medicinal property and clinical rational application of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine.
